Refund policy

We want you to feel completely comfortable buying from Bring Market, which is why we keep our return process simple and fair.

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to send an item back. It just needs to be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging included — and there's no restocking fee to worry about.

Ready to start a return? Email support@bringmarket.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. We'd recommend sending your return with a trackable shipping method, just so it's easy to confirm once it's on its way back to us.

Prefer a swap over a refund? Exchanges are available too — just let us know when you reach out.

Once your returned item arrives and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to show up on your statement.
