What is Bring Market?

Bring Market brings together thoughtfully picked home, tech, and lifestyle finds that make everyday life a little easier, with fast shipping across the US on every order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, every order ships free. No minimum spend, no hidden conditions — we just think delivery should be one less thing to think about.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 4-9 business days, Monday through Saturday. As soon as your order is packed and handed off to our carrier, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. We're focused on making that experience as smooth as possible, and if we expand elsewhere down the road, our customers will be the first to know.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every transaction runs through secure SSL encryption to keep your details safe.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Yes. Bring Market never stores your sensitive payment details, and checkout is fully secure from start to finish.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? You have 60 days from delivery to send an item back. Just email support@bringmarket.com and we'll walk you through it.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do. If you'd rather swap an item than return it, let us know at support@bringmarket.com and we'll help find the right fit.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days. It can take a little longer to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to adjust or cancel it. Reach out as soon as you can after placing it and we'll do what we can.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Start with the tracking link from your shipping email. If it's been more than 7 business days past the expected window and there's still no sign of it, email support@bringmarket.com and we'll look into it right away.
